TraffiGlove developed the system after listening to customers in many industries who were asking for a simple and common sense approach to raising safety awareness. So they applied the principle of good, better, best to our gloves and arrived at the RED, AMBER, GREEN TraffiSafe system that has improved safety for millions of glove wearers around the world.

The TraffiSafe 3 colour coding system is an innovative, proven and easy way to ensure your workforce is wearing an appropriate level of protection for the task in hand.

The colour coding (RED, AMBER and GREEN) relates to the glove's performance on the EN 388 test for cut resistance. See further details on the pdf download below.

Applications are discussed in-depth, first-off design data and drawings are submitted for approval to ensure our customers are provided with the correct design, first time. However, on those rare occasions when modifications are necessary, our no-tooling process and flexible manufacturing procedures means the production of prototypes is easily and economically achieved without onerous tooling charges and long lead times.
