Both companies are well established suppliers to the Aerospace, Defence, Telecommunications, Electronics, and Pharmaceutical engineering sectors and are quality approved to ISO9001 and AS9100c. TML, established in 1985, are leading aluminum finishers based in Newtownards, near Belfast in Northern Ireland. Whilst TFC, founded over 50 years ago is now recognised as one of the premier fastener distribution businesses in the UK & Europe. The new trading partnership will take advantage of the skill sets offered by each to provide customers with a broader range of products and services.

These combined services and products will now consist of:

Local stock management services, DLF/VMI/Kanban our expertise provides significant benefits to customers by reducing costs associated with the purchase, stock holding and handling of a wide range of low-cost fastening and ancillary items.

Fasteners & Fixings – As Executive Members of the British & Irish Association of Fastener Distributors (BIAFD) and leading suppliers of technical fastener components to industry, we are able to help our customers achieve breakthroughs in product development and new standards of manufacturing efficiency.

Smalley Flat Wire Rings and Springs – Spirolox Retaining Rings, Snap Rings and Wave Springs offer a unique space-saving alternative to conventional circlips and helical coil springs. Design support is readily available from our team of engineers.

Kitting – our parts kitting service is used to supply complex, multi-level kits of parts for our OEM customers. Computer controlled systems ensure all components and assemblies involved in a kit are purchased, manufactured and kitted together in accordance with the customer’s specification.

Industrial Vending Solutions – Vending Machines, RFID Cabinets and other dispensation devices make it easy for customers to introduce accountability & control to their processes and drive down dramatic costs.

Metal Forming and Finishing we offer CNC Machining, Anodising and Surface preparation processes which include Polishing, Anodising, Bead Blasting, Buffing, Linishing, Clear Chemical treatment and Aluprinting.

Bearings – We offer a range of branded and more cost effective, high quality imported Ball, Roller and Needle bearings to suit all applications and environments.

Circlips, Shaft Retainers and Rings with over 45 years experience in the marketplace, our range of axial and radially applied retaining rings and circlips is second to none.

Quick Connectors, Seals and ‘O’ Rings – As authorised UK distributors for ARaymond Quick Connectors and manufacturers of quality Sealing products, TFC can supplement the fasteners with a range of associated engineering components.

Technical Support – with ISO9001: 2008 approval incorporating Design Status, our qualified engineering staff are able to offer a complete free of charge engineering service and are available to assist with part selection, custom design, application requirements, material selection and more.
