TFC Support Action Medical Research

A hearty contribution of sponsorship and physical effort has been made by members of our Heathfield team who entered into Davina McCall’s Big Sussex Bike Ride. Six riders set out in support of the event which was established by TV presenter Davina in order to raise funds for sick babies and children.

The Big Sussex Bike Ride is designed and run by Action Medical Research and raises money to fund the next medical breakthrough that will save and change little lives. The TFC team comprised of 21, 40 and 68 mile entrants and, despite the weather, raised in excess of £1,000 for this worthy cause. Keith Kentish, Group Commercial Director said It was a great day enjoyed by all and, even if the weather was little unkind, the event gave the TFC team the opportunity to take part in a well organised event that supports a very worthwhile cause. The enthusiasm of the team was such that I am sure we will be back next year!
