TFC’s range of ARaymond™ U-Nut Speed Nuts®, are self-retained in screw-receiving position to provide simple, rapid attachment of mating panels. They correct misalignment in panel mounting holes, do not turn as the screw is driven and will not freeze on screw threads.

Most U-nuts are single piece stampings that are easy to assemble and require no special tools. Simply place the U-nut over the edge of a stamped panel and push until the rear of the fastener reaches the panel edge or snaps into the clearance hole.

These versatile products are commonly used across all industries, wherever a screw or bolt is used and they can also be used in place of high-cost clinch or weld-nuts.
